In a Zombie Apocalypse, Momina would turn into a zombie...without being bitten! Her immune system is so bad that she just somehow turns into one despite it not being airborne....

ever since talking about [redacted postcanon events] with charlie ive been musing on what jyt and qyz would call each other and well. tonight its just making me very ill in the head a bit and I shrimply need to get it written out somewhere apologies in advance♡

So to begin. JYT would start with calling QYZ Your Highness/Qi Ying bc ascension is a comparitively new situation for him on top of preexisting social uncomfortableness making him default to referring to people by their titles or ranks whenever appropriate. And QYZ obv doesnt really care about titles so even though he knows JYT has one (General Qing Liu btw) he'd just call them by full name. JYT tries very hard to not let on how happy that makes him and only mostly succeeds [smiles peacefully].

Now (as in later postcanons as of timeline of charlies work as well as beyond) I am rather stuck on how to make their forms of address more intimate without verging into ooc-ness for either of them.... Neither of them are much for overly-sweet petnames I would think. With QYZ I dont think he sees a point in using 'random' words to refer to someone he's affectionate towards; JYT just has a deeply thin face for romance and the aforementioned social anxieties. Despite that I do think JYT would start using nicknames first- hes more liable to playfully or exaggerately use a nickname to test out how QYZ reacts where QYZ would just charge ahead with whatever name he finds fitting if/when he wants to call someone something different.

Some handful of years after theyve been acquainted and have formed their sparring routine JYT would feel safe enough to risk calling QYZ by name too (for the first instance picture end of a sparring session both peacefully laying in the dust catching their breath staring at the sky. JYT gathering themself enough to recklessly give a quick nervous "Thanks for today, Quan Yizhen !" before Bolting. He has to go wander around a forest in the mortal realm for a bit after that one to recover meanwhile QYZ is sitting at the sparring grounds like I wonder what their deal is today?? before shrugging it off. They have a conversation about it the next day where JYT cant stop fidgeting before he apologies for not asking before dropping the title and QYZ tells him it literally doesnt matter he prefers when people use his name anyways. And thats That♡). Eventually (5-15 years later maybe?) they would drop to just given names and likely keep using those for a long time.

All that said the safest option to JYT would be smth along the lines of 阿真 (A-Zhen) esp at first when he's unsure of how it'll be received. But I am Also finding it more and more captivating to maybe have JYT call him 小狼 (Xiao Lang) once in a while mainly while theyre alone if that doesnt sound too unfounded..... JYT likes wolves already and its also personal fulfillment to me as (spoilers for my furry tgcfverse) I have also made QYZ a wolf in all my furry versions😌 (Maybe when QYZ asks why JYT chose to call him that they would respond along the lines of "wolves are pretty and strong and cool and loyal just like you... even if people dont understand them well! Plus theyre cute and fluffy *pauses to run his hands through QYZ's hair* so I just thought it might fit^^" and QYZ hums a pleased note in return and they go back to napping all cuddled around each other Ok Moving On we're getting too romantic!!-)

Ahem likewise I've been considering having QYZ call JYT 涛涛 (Taotao) on occassion bc it seems cute and also more likely for QYZ to just double the syllables for a straightforward nickname where applicable. I mean having him call JYT Yongtao is already close enough to a nickname seeing as no one else does but maybe just as extra flavor here n there...... Perhaps something involving JYT's association with rabbits or dragons would be possible too/instead? Or perhaps I am simply projecting my furryisms a bit too on-the-nose there... Honestly could just have it be Tao-xiong if I wanted to keep the subtle are they comrades or yknow comrades vibe lol... in the words of my friend nie huaisang I dont know, I really dont know!!!

These characters were written by a very funny dude and in the period around 2013~2016, meaning the best way of approaching things is having a 2013~2016 mentality + acknowledging davidcaginess. Numbers, ages, dates in the game will often not mean shit. Ain't cuz a dude was born in '94 or '01 that he'll be the stereotype that u expect today, post 2018. See Hank, who is pretty much the old fashioned 50yo stereotype common back in 2013~2016, or even characters that are basically the average dude from older generations but then the date says he was born in 2011.

The only thing dates really matter here for character building is the stupid ass "the people of today don't know how to do shit cuz of technology", something very classic to say. All i'm saying is if a character is a certain age, imagine as if it's in 2016 or 2018 rather than 2036 or 2038. It'll make more sense than u imagine.

Does this statement imply that you are white yourself? If so, a white person speaking critically on racial headcanons that don’t necessarily have a definitive weight on behalf of Asian representation is a bit hmmmm… y’know? I’m Asian myself and I believe that this “Asian exclusive” mindset for Ninjago interpretations can be really harmful to other races who may see themselves within certain characters or just have a diverse array of race headcanons in general. And to add, I think the constructive way of going about the shitty writing and appropriation in ninjago is to uplift the diversity of character design and interpretations within fandom and not to focus so much on hyper-criticizing opinions that are generally harmless? That’s the fun part of reclaiming such an easily flexible source, people will always have a different version of Ninjago in their mind.

I just believe that if you’re going to put out a critical opinion on race, you have to expect people to react critically to your opinion as well. I just don’t want that to be a case where as a white person, you may be acting on what you believe is some sort of radical act of justice to the “little” rep people get…when I’ve seen a ton of mixed reps all over this fandom! ahaha well, that is the thing, I don't have much interest in western RPGs. or yknow, ones that arent purposefully modeled after JRPGs. a lot of it just has to do with the difference in style and presentation- I like pixel art (or early polygons), cute character and monster designs, and turn-based combat. I'm not really interested in a lot of modern JRPGs for the same reason, I just don't like the style as much as how they were 20+ years ago. so.... no, I've never played fallout and I don't have much interest in changing that. if I was going to play one though, I'd choose the first game in the series.

he's going to feel REAL awkward when yuu talks about how sebek's been down in the dumps because his "wakasama or whatever isnt around. god if i ever met him im going to kick his ass- dont tell sebek that though"

ANYWAYS spelldrive tournament is coming up! Adeuce still want to participate, blah blah, grim and yuu practice with the ghosts! EXCEPT Sebek also practices with them.

Sebek's relationship with the ghosts are well on its way to found family. Yuu wonders if they can get sebek to transfer to ramshackle so it wont just be them and grim

The incidents start happening and the group investigate 🫶 sebek joins them and later on they get help from jack to figure out that leona is behind all of this

When they find out that he's specifically targeting MALLEUS though, SEBEK IS IN A FRENZY. He wants to IMMEDIATELY CHARGE IN AND PICK A FIGHT. Yuu and Jack are able to placate him

The group splits up: Sebek and Adeuce get back to Riddle and the others to make their plan. Yuu, Grim and Jack go to Diasomnia to warn them of what will happen.

A day before the Spelldrive Tournament, Silver seeks out Sebek and tells him to keep an eye out for Savanaclaw students. Sebek huffs and asks him why he bothered advising HIM of all people

Instead of clarifying like Sebek expected, Silver just tells him to be careful

(He relays this to Yuu)

(They figure out that theyre keeping Sebek in the dark)

Day of the Spelldrive Tournament is here! Sebek isn't there "accompanying" Malleus as everyone else expected, as he joins the group in confronting Leona head-on

Lilia panics over the fact that Sebek is here??? HE SHOULD BE WITH MALLEUS, causing him to be distracted for a good part of the fight against Leona. With the help of Sebek using a broom, a pissed Yuu hitches a ride and is the one who deals the finishing blow with a hit at the back of the head with a disc LAWL

Lilia's too busy fussing over Sebek for him to be able to prevent Grim from eating a blot stone.

hello tumblr. i will post everything me and ian thought about when we were talkin about horror au. and its alot. this horror au is slender fortress so ig the other characters arent really in it? unless they exist in slender fortress. get ready for alot of messy reading. me and ian were just having fun.

hc is that they both help eachother get kills soemtimes for fun if the person theyre chasing blinks, gordon? either teleports infront of them and makes them trip so barney can fuckin KILL them or barney boosts himself (p sure he has that cuz most of the slender fortress killers have a boost) and just fucking blows air on the person's eyes so they can blink and gordon? can snap their neck or sum.. OR HE COULD JUST SPLASH THE BLOOD ON HIS CHAINSAW ON THEIR FACE barney pulls out a bouquet full of organs infront of gordon? and when he blinks gordon? is doing heart with his hands (i was gonna say a darker tone would appear across his STONE face but statues cant BLUSH) he gotta blink or gordon? cant move an inch... and me and ian think if one of them died (which is most likely impossible) the other would go batshit crazy would lose more sanity than they already lost ahaha.. ALSO storytime what if whatr if what if it was MERASMUS (the tf2 evil wizard) that accidentally turned gordon into stone bc of a misunderstandin or smt misunderstrandin like he meant to turn someone else into stone and when barney got there he was like OH NOOOOOOOOOO WHATT HE FUCK!!! TURN HIM BACK!!! and bro was like sorry man i caantt... and barney went thru all stages of grief (all but acceptance) and then he started going crazy bc his own fucking husband got turn into stone all the sudden AND WHILE ALL THIS IS HAPPENING GORDON STILL DOESNT KNOW HOW TO MOVE WHILE HES IN THAT STATE so since they cant turn gordon back barney ebncomes EEVILLLL and decides to get REVEEENGEE on the the tf2 mercs n shit like that and so does gordon (after a few weeks of figurin out how to move) MORE WEEKS or months go by and then boom all of the sudden barney and gordon meet in a map barney is confused at first bc like wait how did he get in here...and then he blinks and gordonis now closer to him and he kinda gets jumpscared LOL few mins pass and barney finally figures out whats going on SO HE DOES NOTHING ELSE BUT HUG HIS STONE BOYFRIEND and kiss him and shit.... and gordon hugs BACK bc barney closed his EYES!!!!! and now they kill people togetehr bc theyre fucked up and evil this isnt a great story but itsd all i could come up with at the moment.
